Protein skimmeres utilizes the eddy effect which is formed by the high speed water flow to complete mix air and water. Because the surface of the bubble is in tension stress, the organic substance such as heavy metal, protein, fiber, relict, the solids of excrement and mucosa will adsorb to the surface of the bubbles. Then the foam separator makes use of the differences of the specific gravity between air and water to float and separate the dirty bubbles to the aim of water purification.
